پاکستانی ڈرامہ دیکھ کے لگتا ہے کہ پاکستانی وہ لوگ ہیں جو نماز پڑھتے ہیں نہ روزہ رکھتے ہیں، حج اصغر(عمرہ) ادا کرتے ہیں نہ حجِ اکبر(دس ذوالحج)۔ یہ مزدوری بھی نہیں کرتے، نہ فرنیچر کا کام کرتے ہیں نہ مستری کا کام ان کو آتاہے۔ موٹرسائیکل مکینک ہے یہاں کوئی اور نہ ہی درزی کا کام کرتاہے۔ اب تو اکثر ڈرامہ دیکھ کے پاکستان کے قومی لباس کے متعلق بھی واضح نہیں کہا جاسکتا کہ پینٹ شرٹ ہے یا شلوار قمیص۔

ڈراموں میں اب دیہات کے مناظر دیکھنے کو بھی آنکھیں ترس جاتی ہیں۔ عام متوسط طبقے کی نمایندگی نظر آتی ہے نہ ہی بے چارے خطِ غربت سے نیچے وقت گزارنے والی کی زندگی کی جھلک دکھائی دیتی ہے۔

اکثر ڈراموں میں ایک بڑا سا گھر جو ہر آسائش سے مزین دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ گھر کے مکینوں کا کوئی پتا نہیں چلتا کہ ان کا کاروبار کیا ہے؟ بس بڑا تیر مارا تو اُسے کسی دفتر میں باس بنا دِکھا دیا۔

یوں لگتا ہے کہ یہ مخلوق مرد و خواتین صرف عشق کرنے کے لیے اور گھر میں سازشیں کرنے کے لیے پیدا ہوئی ہے۔

زمینی حقائق کیا ہیں؟ یہاں اکثریت مزدور طبقہ کی ہے۔ پرائیویٹ اداروں میں کام کرنے والوں کی ہے، سرکاری ملازمین ہیں۔ سپاہی، فوجی، اساتذہ، ڈاکٹر، وکیل، محکمہ زراعت و واپڈا، انہار و شماریات، خاندانی منصوبہ بندی، صحت وغیرہ۔

سب سے زیادہ کہانیاں تو ان کے ہاں جنم لیتی ہیں۔ سب سے زیادہ مسائل و مشکلات کا سامنا تو ان کو رہتاہے۔ آئے روز خودکُشیاں دیہات اور سفید پوش خاندانوں کے اندر پائی جاتی ہیں۔ اداروں کے اندر عام آدمی کو کن کن مسائل و مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتاہے۔ ملک کا پٹواری کیا کررہاہے؟ کسی سیاسی پارٹی کا عام ورکر کس کسمپرسی سے وقت گزارتاہے، بڑے صحافی کیسی شاہانہ زندگی اور عام صحافی جو ہر وقت بغیرمعاوضہ کے اپنی جان جوکھوں میں ڈال کر اپنی زندگی کے قیمتی ماہ و سال معاشرے کو دے کر رخصت ہوجاتاہے۔

چھوٹے سے لے کر بڑے دکاندار و تاجر تک کیسے کیسے اپنے حصے کی بددیانتی میں مصروف ہے؟ موبائل، موٹرسائیکل، کار، ٹرک مکینک اور پنکچر لگانے والا کتنی دیانتداری اور کتنی بددیانتی کا مرتکب ہورہاہے؟

کبھی پاکستانی معاشرے کی اکثریت کا حال بھی ڈراموں میں دکھا دیں۔ کہ یہ ملاوٹ بھی کرلیتا ہے، وقت کی پابندی سے بھی ماورا ہے، لیکن روزانہ پانچ وقت پابندی سے مسجد بھی جاتاہے، مساجد میں باجماعت نماز ہوتی ہے، ماہ رمضان میں سحری و افطاری و تراویح بھی ہوتی ہے اور بھرپور ہوتی ہے، جہاں پاکستانیوں کی اکثریت مساجد میں اپنی عبادات بجا لاتی ہے، یہاں شیعہ کی بھی اچھی خاصی قابلِ ذکر تعداد رہتی ہے جو مساجد کے ساتھ ساتھ امام باڑوں میں بھی جاتی ہے، محرم و ربیع الاول کے جلوس بھی ہوتے ہیں۔ پاکستانیوں کی اکثریت عیدالفطر و عیدالالضحیٰ بھی پورے جوش و جذبے سے مناتی ہے۔ نوجوان مذہبی شدت پسندی سے متاثر بھی ہوتے ہیں۔ پاکستان میں مسیحی بھی رہتے ہیں جو چرچ کا رُخ کرتے ہیں۔ ہندو برادری بھی ہے۔ وہ بھی مندر جاتے ہیں۔

یہاں عام پاکستانی روز مرہ کیا سوچتاہے؟ یہ اپنے بچوں کو کیا تعلیم و تربیت دے رہاہے؟ ان کے ذہنوں میں کس طرح نفرتیں اور محبتیں انڈیل رہاہے؟ سائنس و جدید تعلیم سے اس معاشرے کو کتنی لگن ہے؟ ٹرک اڈوں اور بس اڈوں پر کیا کہانیاں جنم لیتی ہیں؟ کوئلہ و نمک کی کانوں پر کام کرنےوالے مزدور کے روز مرہ کیسے گزرتے ہیں؟

موضوعات کی اور حقیقت کی ایک طویل فہرست ہے جو لکھنے بیٹھیں تو شیطان کی آنت کی طرح لمبی ہوتی جائے گی۔

پاکستانی تہذیب کے مطابق کھانے کے آداب کہیں دکھائی دیتے ہیں نہ صبح خیزی کے معمولات۔

میں یہ نہیں کہتا کہ ڈرامہ، فلم وغیرہ سے تفریح کو ہی غائب کردیں۔ ضرور رکھیں اور زیادہ وقت تفریح کو مدنظر رکھیں لیکن پاکستانی معاشرے کی تہذیب، مذہبی روایات اور درپیش مسائل کی جھلک بھی ہونی چاہیے۔ پاکستان کا ہر رنگ وقتاََ فوقتاََ ہماری فلم و ڈرامے میں دکھائی دینا چاہیے۔ کیوں کہ اب پاکستانی ڈرامہ جو ایک اونچے مقام پر کھڑا ہے، وقت کا تقاضا ہے کہ اس کے ذریعے ہم اپنے ملک کی تہذیب و ثقافت کو اجاگر کریں۔ اب ہمارا ڈرامہ دوسری زبانوں میں ڈبنگ ہو کر دُنیا بھر میں دیکھا جاتاہے۔

پاکستان کے ہر ادارے کے مثبت و منفی پہلوؤں کی جھلک دکھائی دینی چاہیے۔ پولیس کے سپاہی سے آئی جی تک، فوج کے سپاہی سے جنرل تک، سکول کے کلاس فور سے سیکرٹری تعلیم تک، ہسپتال کے خاکروب سے سیکرٹری صحت تک، کچہری کے منشی، وکیل سے سپریم کورٹ کے جج تک، محکمہ زراعت و انہار کے بیلدار سے ایس ڈی او، ایکسیئن، ایس ای و سیکرٹری تک، یونین کونسل کے سیکرٹری سے ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر لوکل گورنمنٹ تک، پٹواری سے ڈی سی، کمشنر اور چیف سیکرٹری تک، ولیج کونسل سے سیاست دان سے صوبائی و قومی اسمبلی اور سینٹ کے عوامی نمایندے اور وزرا، سی ایم سے پی ایم تک ہر ادارے میں موجود مثبت و منفی پہلوؤں کو بھی ایک مہذب انداز میں ہمارے ڈراموں کا، ہماری فلموں کا حصہ ہونا چاہیے۔ تاکہ ان اداروں میں بہتری کے امکانات اور تحریک بڑھے۔ ہمارے نوجوان ان اداروں میں جانے کے لیے محنت کریں۔ عام پاکستانی کو معلوم ہو کہ ان اداروں میں کیسے کام ہوتاہے۔ عام شہری کو اس سے شعور و آگاہی میسر آئے گی۔ وہ اپنے چھوٹے چھوٹے کام کے لیے مہینوں، سالوں دھکے نہیں کھائے گا۔

جذبہ حب الوطنی کے لیے ڈرامہ، فلم ایک بہت موثر ہتھیار ہے۔

پڑوسی ملک ہندوستان کی فلم اور دیگر کئی معلوماتی و تفریحی پروگرام دیکھیں۔ وہ کس طرح اپنی تہذیب و ثقافت کے ساتھ ساتھ ہر ادارے کے مثبت منفی پہلو سامنے لاتے ہیں۔ انڈین پنجاب کی فلمیں دیکھیں تو دِل باغ باغ ہوجاتاہے۔ وہ کس خوبصورت سے اپنے پنجاب کی ثقافت اور تفریح کو ملا کر دکھاتے ہیں۔

آپ ترکی کا ڈرامہ ارطغرل غازی ہی دیکھ لیں کہ وہ جہاں ایک سچی جھوٹی سسپینس سے بھرپور کہانی ہے وہاں ترکی کی تہذیب، روایات کو بھی اجاگر کیا گیاہے۔

کم ازکم ٹی وی ڈرامہ یا فلم دیکھنے کے بعد ہم بھرپور تفریح کے ساتھ ساتھ اپنے ملک کی صحیح صورتِ حال اور مستقبل میں بہتری لانے کےلیے کچھ تو اپنے ساتھ لانے میں بھی کامیاب ہوں۔

ہمارے ڈرامہ چینل پر کم ازکم روزانہ چوبیس گھنٹوں میں ایک بچوں کے لیے اور ایک سائنس کے متعلق ڈرامہ کی روایت ڈالی جانی چاہیے۔

جیتو پاکستان اور گیم شو ایسے نہیں چلے گا جیسے بالکل فضول اور بے ہودہ پروگرامز کی بجائے طارق عزیز شو کی طرز پر اور کون بنے کا کروڑ پتی جیسے علمی و معلوماتی اور نوجوانوں کو علم کی طرف راغب کرنے والے پروگرام پیش کرنے کا اہتمام کیا جائے۔

ہمارے نیوز چینلز کچھ خدا کا خوف کریں۔ ہر وقت بریکنگ نیوز بارکانہ انداز میں ہر چند لمحوں بعد چلانے سے باز نہیں آتے۔ بس ایک دفتر میں بیٹھ کر صرف پیسے اکٹھے کرنا وطیرہ بنا لیا ہے۔ پوری قوم کو ہیجان میں مبتلا کررکھاہے۔ کوئی ڈاکومینٹریز بنائیں۔ تاکہ پتا تو چلے کہ پاکستان میں کیا کچھ ہے اور کہاں کہاں ہے۔

چینلز کا مطلب صرف نیوز اور سپورٹس نہیں ہوتاہے۔ بچوں کے لیے، سائنس کے لیے، شکاریات کے لیے، فن و ادب کے لیے اگر الگ سے چینل مشکل ہے تو نیوز چینل اور دیگر چینلز ان کے لیے ہفتہ وار وقت مقرر کریں۔ آج آپ اپنی تہذیب و ثقافت کو بچانے کی جنگ میڈیا کے بغیر نہیں جیت سکتے۔ اگر ہماری حکومتی سطح پر میڈیا سے متعلقہ وزارت اور ادارے یُوں ہی سستی و لاپروائی کا شکار رہے تو پھر شاید ہم جلد یا بادیر پاکستانی تہذیب و ثقافت لائبریوں میں پڑی کتابوں سے
ڈھونڈنے میں کامیاب ہوں۔

The positive and negative aspects of every institution of Pakistan should be reflected. From a policeman to an IG, from an army soldier to a general, from a school class four to an education secretary, from a hospital clerk to a health secretary, from a court secretary, from a lawyer to a Supreme Court judge, from the Department of Agriculture and Irrigation From SDO, Exxon, SE & Secretary, From Union Council Secretary To Deputy Director Local Government, From Patwari To DC, Commissioner & Chief Secretary, From Village Council,From politicians to provincial and national assembly and senate public representatives and ministers, from CM to PM, the positive and negative aspects of every institution should also be a part of our dramas, our films in a decent way. In order to increase the chances and movement for improvement in these institutions. Let our youth work hard to get into these institutions. Ordinary Pakistanis should know how these institutions work. It will provide awareness to the common man. He will not be pushed for months, years for his small work.

Watch a film from neighboring India and many other informative and entertaining programs. How they bring out the positive and negative aspects of their culture as well as every institution. If you watch Indian Punjabi films, your heart becomes a garden. How beautifully they combine the culture and entertainment of their Punjab.

At least after watching a TV drama or a movie, we are able to have a lot of fun as well as bring something to improve the situation in our country and the future.
